Job Description

Experience in Data analysis, customizing, and implementing Teradata Industry Data Model (FSLDM) in a Strategic Enterprisewide program.
Capable to convert the Business requirements into highlevel solution design, Logical / Physical data model, and ETL mapping.
Experience in designing the semantic model (star/snowflake)
It has to work with and influence all levels of leadership within IT organizations and Business partners (clients) to capture/validate requirements and convert them into enterprisewide Information Management solutions.
Good understanding of Data Warehousing/BI concepts such as Dimensional Modelling, ETL, Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics.
Need to adhere to established project life cycle procedures and principles.
Should Identify and resolve issues regarding escalations.
Approx. 8 years of IT experience out of which more than 5 years in Data warehousing.
Should have experience in Teradata FS LDM.
Should have worked on Teradata Implementation projects.
Very good exposure to Data warehouse concepts.
Very good understanding of ETL methodology.
Should be able to travel onsite when required.
Experience in Financial Data warehousing.
Good knowledge of Teradata architecture and utilities.
