The role of a Solution Architect is to design and execute systems architecture that aligns with the business objectives.

This involves analyzing the business requirements and functional specifications, evaluating the existing software infrastructure to identify potential areas of enhancement, and providing guidance to the development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The Solution Architect plays a critical role in ensuring that the final solution meets the needs of the organization while adhering to best practices and industry standards.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design.
  • Indepth understanding of coding languages (Java, Spring, Springboot, Microservices).
  • Sound knowledge of various OOP concepts, operating systems, databases and able to understand & create technical Design Document of the Project.
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous.
  • Efficient communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs.
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • Collaborating with the IT development team to assure architectural solutions could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation.
  • Preparing and presenting test plan, Solution Design, technical presentations, analyst briefings plus white papers to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables.
  • Identifying customer requirements, analysing alternatives, and conducting solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
  • Java/J2EE/Unix/ Ext JS/ Angular JS, Spring, Webservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Advance Java
  • Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and, working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
  • Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
  • Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
  • Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.
  • Assisting Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order to ensure maximum conversions and highquality dialogue.
  • Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
