Supervisors work on multiple team engagements each year, including several pieces of any assignment - not just one part.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in a broad range of complex and challenging US tax work, requiring significant analysis, assessment, and quantification.
  • Preparing or reviewing US corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients, US tax provisions for public and private companies.
  • Working closely with Managers and Partners on tax planning and advisory engagements.
  • Work closely with leading tax practitioners in their field and have excellent career growth prospects and mentoring opportunities.
  • Reviewing Forms 1120, 1065, 1120F, 1120S, 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865s etc.
  • Developing strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Completing tax planning and research
  • Developing a general understating of reporting requirements of different entity structures and the compliance process
  • Increasing involvement in developing cutting edge tax ideas that could significantly lessen clients overall effective tax rates.
  • Leveraging tax knowledge and understanding of the tax preparation process to bring work to completion for review.
  • Demonstrating awareness of differing levels of assurance as it relates to tax positions taken through writing memoranda and other written documentation on complex tax issues for business and private tax clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Accounting degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Accounting/ Finance or Business major
  • 69 years of experience working in public accounting is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively on a team.
  • Ability to work and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
