Qualification :
Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Experience : - 8 Years in machine shop - VMC


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Good Knowledge about Machine Controller (FANUC), Tool Change off set, setting & 2D Programming
  • Knowledge about cutting tools and GD & T
  • Knowledge about Jigs & fixtures
  • Knowledge about checking fixtures
  • Manpower Handling & shift allocation
  • Schedule preparation for Daily / Weekly / Monthly and need to adhere for 100% OTD.
  • Kaizen implementation on every month
  • Knowledge of maintenance activity to attend minor faults.
  • Ensure initial, sampling, final setup & inspection before startup.
  • Productivity and Quality improvement activities
  • Should be able to use all relevant measuring instrument(Calibration Knowledge).
  • Attend various meetings and action/communicate instructions
  • Undertake continuous training and development with implementation
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by working to the overall plan, including management reporting
  • Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department
  • Knowledge of SAP core tool.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
