NON- IT RECRUITER JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The non-IT recruiter job role includes regularly working with the department managers to determine hiring requirements for the future. Additionally, they should be able to draw applicants from a variety of sources, including employee recommendations and social networking sites.

To design and implement overall recruiting strategy
To develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for the non-IT recruiter job.
To perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges etc.
To conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
To assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
To promote company's reputation as best place to work
To provide weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS on open mandates

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
