Ensure customer retention through focused proactive and reactive measures for assigned accounts across segments
Churn control and Net positive
Revenue Enhancement (CVM/Upsell/Cross sell)
Collections and Efficiency
Ensure enterprise collections on a YTD basis
DSO management
Barring/Dunning control

Control bad debt on a YTD basis

Digital Adoption
Drive digital agenda with customers to reduce cost to serve
Drive digital penetration on VIBM
Smart Collection
Smart retention

CXX / NPS
Drive RNPS by ensuring timely updation of Authorised Signatory in SMP, ensure maximum respondent rate

Unique Account Coverage, National Account Service Reviews and Governance through Service Management portal

Service Management for Top IoT Accounts - Account Visits & National Service Reviews

Ensure 100% proactive & error free onboarding experience of all COCP users/accounts
Define & implement initiatives for differential service and drive Service Improvement Plans

Capability & Initiatives
Lead Projects & Initiatives to improve efficiency & engagement
