ATM Tester - Quality Assurance

What does a successful ATM Tester do at Fiserv?

Fiserv is a world-class data and analytics organization delivering the next generation of powerful data insights and decisioning solutions to financial institutions, fintech, consumer/business credit bureaus, government agencies and merchants.

This role is part of the Quality Assurance Team delivering our Quality Products around Global Acquiring platform and we are looking for a high caliber ATM Tester with ambition, drive and technical capabilities to influence the evolving payments industry.

As an ATM Tester in this team, you'll have a great opportunity to design, execute and test the needs of our global clients and enrich our platform offering.

What you will do:

Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Designing, Test Environment Setup, Test Execution and Test Closure
Interface with other technical and development teams to test and deliver high Quality deliverables.
Work with ATM Config files and Image files
Perform Terminal Certifications

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and 8+ years of work experience as an ATM Tester (manual and Automation) with good communication skills
Good experience in test design, test data prep and test execution.
Experience in handling the team and working in Agile model.
Experience in Acquiring domain, Clearing and settlements.
Certification on any one of ATM model (NCR, Diebold, Wincor, Hitachi, OKI)
In depth Knowledge on ATM Download Parameters, config file (Image file download, EMV parameters, State, Screens, Icons) and ATM Transaction Flow
Knowledge on Switch concepts (Experience on Base24 switch is Add on)
Handson knowledge on ATM simulators (Especially Paragon simulator) and Schemes (Visa, Master, Amex, Maestro, Discover, Diners).

What would be great to have:

Experience on EMV terminal certification is Add on
Good Experience in using tools like JIRA.
Knowledge on Mainframe is a plus.
