QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree and should be familiar with MS Office
    4 years of experience in Customer Success Management/telemarketing or any related field Proven working experience in providing customer service support with proficiency in English and Malayalam
    Great interpersonal skills. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
    Advanced troubleshooting skills & ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Outstanding problemsolving skills.
    Exceptional attention to detail. Hardworking individual with good time management abilities.
    Strong decisionmaking skills. Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
    Experience in use of Social Media Platforms Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
    Strong clientfacing and communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
