Description

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Experience being on multiple Scrum teams

Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe, DevOps etc.
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques( User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing.)

Your future duties and responsibilities
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value
Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner
Manage stakeholders outside the team as required
Good to have payments knowledge
Monitors the progress of the team during each Sprint, and provides feedback to the team on areas for improvement.
Ensures that the team is focused on the Sprint goal and that they are working towards it. Ensure that the team is not distracted by other priorities or projects.
Facilitates communication within the team, as well as between the team and external stakeholders.

Ensure that everyone is aware of project status, and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Helps the team understand the principles of Agile and Scrum, and coaches them on how to work collaboratively and efficiently.

Mentor the team members on their individual development and help them to continuously improve.
Remove any obstacles that are preventing the team from making progress. This could include addressing technical issues, coordinating with stakeholders, or resolving conflicts within the team.
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure that all team members are present and engaged, and that everyone is following the established process.
