Description

A CASA Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers and promoting current account and savings account products to meet the bank's business objectives.

They play a critical role in expanding the bank's customer base and enhancing its relationships with existing customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Acquire new customers for current and savings accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets and generate leads.
  • Educate customers on CASA product benefits.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Crosssell other bank products.
  • Maintain sales records and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Sales and banking experience (beneficial).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customerfocused and ethical.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time, Fresher


Salary:
₹220, ₹300,000.00 per year
