Description

Responsibilities:

Looking after HMS Software.
Requirement analysis and sending for development.
Testing and deploy the patches of HMS.
Trouble shooting of network, Client systems.
Maintaining speed of network.
Formatting and installing system, Restore the System.
Check virus protection, Scanning schedule and update schedule.
Handling server configuration and users policies ( MS Windows server 2012)
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly backup. (HMS Database, Tally and User Data)
Developing script for user data storage and maintaining backup schedule.
Making changes in SQL Database, if required, as per the management request.
Making SQL queries on HMS Database to generate MIS Report (Management / Financial / Marketing with pictorial presentation.)
Resolving the problems regarding HMS and others related to IT
Making and maintaining Log of system and HMS with documentation.
Arranging training schedule for HMS and MS-Office (Word / Excel )
Configuring Web mail.
Managing Router and switches Configuration.
Troubleshooting of Internet.
Managing surveillance system and EPABX system.
Managing firewall.
Organize and defining system with the help of Management.
Preparing Manuals and SOP to define work process.
Providing guidance to colleagues regarding IT.
Following discipline and rules, regulations of Organization.
Take the daily round of all department to make sure all hardware and software are working fine & to take clearance from user department
Helps in reducing the usage of paper
Takes training of all user department at frequent interval
Conducts training for all newly recruited staff

Qualification:
BCA/MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Computer Engineering

2.

Experience:
1 to 2 years in Hospital Industry only

Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
