As per working days and minimum wages) Technical qualification and relevant work experience required:

Deployed person should have ITI(CSE/IT/E&C/EE) with minimum 5 year of experience. OR
Diploma/B.Sc (CSE/IT/E&C/EE) with minimum 3 years of experience. OR
Regular degree in Engineering (CSE/IT/E&C/EE) with minimum 1 year of experience, in relevant field.

Job Responsibility

Nature of work

Replacement of cartridges in printers, installation of LAN cable from switch to end user, any other tasks assigned for desktop, laptop, printers, LAN configuration in device and routing of LAN cables.
Registration of complaints to OEM for equipment under warranty period and its follow up.

Service for telephones, cameras and radio links

- installation at intended location, initial configuration and telephone no assignment, Exchange connection establishment.

- video system installation as per requirements.

Registration of complaints to OEM for equipment under warrantee period and its followup.
Assisting in video conferencing activities. Preparation of office documents, maintenance of office file, keeping track of file movements, data entry jobs related to sectional activities.
Other task assigned for functioning of telephone connections, CCTV camera and Audio Video systems.
IP-PBX Support Nature of work
Operation, maintenance, configuration, upgrade & troubleshooting of VoIP servers (Linux based OS) with or without back end support.
Installation configuration & upgrade of dial Centre software.
Supervision of the total IP-PBS system of 2500 unifield Communication Nodes for effective operation of day to day basis.
Installation, reconfiguration, software upgrade, integration and trouble shooting of associated gates like PRI, Analogue, SIP, GSM,FXS & E&M gateways.
SIP line integration with GSM,FXO, FXS,E&M Gateway and PRI line integration with PRI, Gateway with Vender/telecom associate.
Customization of IVR's calls, and configuration. Maintain IVR announcements/call flow according.
