Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate to join our franchise development team.

You will be responsible for actively reaching out to potential franchisees, establishing initial contact, and nurturing relationships to drive franchise growth.

Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the franchise development team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with exceptional communication skills and a passion for business development.


Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound calls to prospective franchisees, introducing them to our franchise opportunities, and creating awareness about the benefits of partnering with our organization.

Qualify leads by assessing their interest, financial capabilities, and suitability for franchise ownership.

Effectively communicate the franchise offering, including business model, investment requirements, support services, and training programs to potential franchisees.


Respond to inquiries from potential franchisees promptly and professionally, addressing their questions and concerns to maintain a positive brand image.

Collaborate with the franchise development team to coordinate appointments, schedule discovery meetings, and assist in organizing franchise development events.


Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and appointment setting to contribute to the overall franchise development objectives.

Provide feedback and insights gained from interactions with potential franchisees to help improve the franchise development process.


Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and develop relationships with potential franchisees.

Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals.

Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
