Description
Coordinating with different pharmacies to arrange and dispatch orders in a timely and efficient manner

  • Communicating with customers to ensure that they receive their orders in a satisfactory condition and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Coordinating with drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Preparing relevant reports on orders, inventory, and other operational metrics as required
  • Continuously monitoring and analyzing the performance of the operations and making improvements as needed.
  • Keep track and maintain inventory record, plan and reorder stock as needed
  • Provide customer service, answering queries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
