Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update LRQA Inspection Services Contractor Management System (i.e. manage supplier CVs, qualifications, contracts, rates, safety essentials, personal protective equipment, insurance documents, LRQA stamp distribution, inspector location map software, etc)
  • Liaise with suppliers (i.e. inspection agencies / recruitment agencies / freelance personnel) in order to maintain their current CVs in LRQA format, uptodate qualifications, personnel contact details and agency skill matrix
  • Ensure that all suppliers have met and understand LRQA Group health, safety & environmental requirements at the contractual agreement stage and keep them informed about the current safety and client updates.
  • Document incoming enquiries and opportunities from internal/external clients and keep Inspection Enquiry Register uptodate
  • Work under the supervision of Inspection Coordinators on global projects / transactional assignments and liaise with suppliers for their availability as per inspection /service notification, obtain client's approval, arrange inspection / service on the required date, update the internal / external clients and issue inspection specific instructions to the suppliers
  • Review reports, timesheets, expense sheets and other inspection documents and ensure that they are in line with client's requirements, delivered them ontime and update Project / Assignment Register accordingly
  • Assist in global bids / tenders related to LRQA WWI service line under the supervision of Inspection Coordinators and Manager
  • Accumulate and maintain operational data to create monthly report for LRQA WWI West Hub project and transactional assignments
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Management System for LRQA WWI Services.
  • Support and cover Inspection Manager, Coordinator & other relevant teams for activities related to LRQA WWI Services, as and when required
  • Provide feedback on administrative process gaps to facilitate review and improvement
