Responsibilities:

Manage a team of employees in the furniture production process, including scheduling, training, and monitoring performance.
Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels and production processes as needed to ensure the timely completion of orders.
Ensure that quality control standards are met and products meet customer specifications.
Implement safety protocols and ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and procedures.
Maintain production records and prepare reports on productivity, quality control, and safety performance.
Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure that production schedules are aligned with customer demands.
Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot production issues and work with the team to find solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

23 years of experience in the furniture industry in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and communicate clearly with employees.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
