Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Calibration:

Printing Operation:

Operate the SM74 printing press during production runs.
Monitor the printing process to ensure print quality and make adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the printing process.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that printed materials meet the specified standards.
Make adjustments to maintain consistent print quality throughout the production run.

Maintenance and Repairs:

Perform routine maintenance on the SM74 machine to keep it in optimal working condition.
Diagnose and address any mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Material Handling:

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Conduct regular safety checks on the SM74 machine.

Communication:

Collaborate with other team members, including supervisors and quality control personnel.
Communicate effectively with the production team to prioritize and execute printing schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a machine operator, specifically with SM74 or similar printing presses.
Knowledge of printing processes, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality printed materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed.

Salary:
₹9, ₹25,437.53 per month
