- Responsible for END TO END Recruitment.
- Understand Staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategy
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
- Building and Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Documents and Background verifications.
- All the other activities as per given by Mgmt. or HR Team.
