Roles & Responsibilities:

Manufacturing / Engineering Product training deliverables that include but are not limited to blended learning materials, job aids, video, /audio scripts, accreditation/assessment/certification exam questions.
A selfstarter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a globally distributed team.
Manage all assigned design solutions from conception to conclusion while working on multiple projects at a time.
Knowledge of technologybased design/development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio 360, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite etc

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Partner with global stakeholders and SMEs to source materials and reimagine interactive and engaging digital learning experiences by using the best practices of adult learning methodologies.
Utilize various multimedia technologies, including blended learning and gamification, to build a successful learning environment for different user personas.
Develop storyboards, audio scripts, graphics concepts to create Interactive Multimedia Instructions (IMI).
Other duties may be assigned.
