1) Key responsibility

  • To recruit a team of insurance advisors as per the corporate strategy.
  • To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
  • To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.
  • To train insurance agents with the help of training teams.
  • To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulation.

2) Measure of success:

  • Achievement of sales targets and other parameters such as retention.
  • Activation of advisor's monthly.

3) Qualification and experience:

  • Any graduate / Post graduate.
  • More than 2 year of experience in sales.

4) Skill required:

  • Good communication skill.
  • Good team building skill.
  • Good know ledge of underwriting and operation processes.
  • Training and motivation capacity.

Salary:
₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
