Required Skills:

At least 1+ years of relevant experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in the IT Infrastructure/ IT Services / Product space, this includes building a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels viz. Web Portals, Professional and Social Networking sites, Referencing and specific talent mapping on the desired Technologies and Domains.
Should be able to understand technology on a Macro level.
Should have experience in different modes of hiring viz. Permanent, Contractual and Contract to Hire ( C2H ).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Career oriented, real gogetter attitude, eagerness to learn.
Organized and process oriented.
Strong analytical sense and organization skills.
Good sense of people Qualities and Fit.
Excellent time Management and Multitasking Skills.
Quick learner, ability to understand and deliver on the Targets set.
Should be a good team player and ability to work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Detailed analysis of the Job Description ( JD ) to understand the requirement thoroughly.
Responsible for Screening of resumes through Web Portals, Professional and Social Networking sites.
Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles.
Scheduling the shortlisted profiles for interview may be internally or with client / customer and ensuring following up.
Cocoordinating with Global Recruitment Head on collecting required documents, validating the documents, background verification and Offer status etc

- boarding.

Preparing Daily Status report, Weekly report and participating in Daily recruitment review meetings and weekly review call with management.

Information Security Related Responsibilities:

Should be aware of organization's information security policies and adhere to security policies that are applicable his / her department/functions / projects.

Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
