PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

PROFILE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of various Chinese dishes, ensuring highquality standards are consistently met.
Execute tasks as instructed by senior chefs, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Contribute to menu development by suggesting innovative ideas and presenting creative Chinese culinary concepts.
Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an efficient and productive workflow during busy service hours.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, including the proper storage and rotation of all food products.
Uphold a strong understanding of traditional Chinese flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience working as a Commi Chef or in a similar role, preferably within a Chinese culinary setting.
Indepth knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
A passion for culinary excellence and a dedication to continuously improving cooking skills and techniques.
A culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution is preferred.
A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

Salary:

₹14, ₹18,000.00 per month
