About the role:
Fashion Consultant

An Under Armour fashion consultant is a professional who helps clients improve or develop a personal or professional image with our Under Armour products.

Fashion consultants are product experts who assist clients in choosing clothing, accessories, and footwear that suits them the bests.

Essentials functions:

Completing the assigned targets and maintaining the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Greeting and attending to customers in a welcoming manner. Understanding their requirements or needs & suggesting to them the products as per their needs.
Explaining the underarmour products' features and benefits (technology used, wash & care, discounts, warranty, aftersales services) in an interactive & enthusiastic way.
Selling through rapport building by showing a demonstration of the products, engaging with customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Politely responding to customers' objections and informing them about special offers or discounts.
Informing customers about the arrival of new stock by telecalling or sharing a webpage's link.
Convincing customers to buy more through crossselling and upselling of products and closing the sale.
Ironing, refilling, security tagging, cleaning, and displaying the products in the allotted section according to the store standards.
Assisting the stock boys in maintaining the stock room and cleaning the mess on the floor when the customer departs.
FCs needs to show their bags to the security guard before leaving the store.

Selfgrooming skills
Ability to work under pressure
Communication skills
Resourceful to identify ways of selling and getting sales done using limited resources
Highly motivated and detailoriented individual.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
