Description

Operation knowledge of utility equipment i.e. Air compressor, Nitrogen plant, brine and chilled water compressor, cooling tower, HVAC and water system

Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity as per schedule. Preparation and execution of SOP and qualification activities.

To ensure efficient Operation & maintenance of utility equipment. To initiate and execute energy conservation activities

Execution of FAT, installation and commissioning of new utility equipment.

To identify and maintain critical spares inventory and to raise purchase requisition of Engineering material/service in ERP

Knowledge of QMS system (Deviation, Change control, Qualification) and safe working practices

To develop team and contract agency for safe working practices.

Good communication and interpersonal skill
