Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with clients to develop a clear understanding of their vision and objectives for the project.

Concept Development:

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and sketches that reflect the client's style and vision.
Present design concepts to clients and solicit feedback to refine and finalize the design direction.

Space Planning and Layout:

Create space plans and layouts that optimize the use of available space and accommodate the client's needs and activities.
Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that complement the design concept and meet functional requirements.

Material and Finish Selection:

Source and select materials, finishes, and color palettes that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space and align with the design concept.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials and finishes and ensure timely delivery and installation.

Technical Drawing and Documentation:

Prepare detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents, using computeraided design (CAD) software.
Create specifications and schedules for FF&E, lighting, and other design elements.

Project Management:

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that design intent is executed accurately and on schedule.
Monitor project progress, resolve designrelated issues, and address client concerns throughout the design and construction phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a design firm or architectural practice.
Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
Strong design skills, including space planning, color theory, and material selection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
