Lend A Hand India is seeking an Officer/Senior Officer to lead impactful healthcare projects and lab setups across India, ensuring they align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project roadmaps for healthcare initiatives, aligning with strategic goals and benchmarks.
Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring timely progress and successful outcomes.
Implement project management frameworks to guide and monitor all healthcare project activities effectively.
Build strategic partnerships with government bodies, educational institutions, and industry leaders.
Oversee the academic and operational aspects of healthcare education programs.
Conduct regular field assessments to refine strategies and enhance the program's practical implementation.
Lead research and development efforts to improve the impact and reach of healthcare initiatives continuously.
Take charge of establishing and overseeing healthcare labs in technical institutes and new lab setups in schools across India, ensuring they meet educational and operational standards.
Collaboratively drive the Employee Wellness Initiative with the Human Resources department, focusing on developing and implementing wellness programs that support all employees' physical and mental health.

Requirements:

35 years of relevant experience in healthcare project management, including experience with lab setups in educational environments.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage comprehensive projects with mínimal supervision.
Innovative thinker with a capacity to work effectively in dynamic environments.
Resilient and optimistic, capable of tackling significant challenges.
Excellent communication skills, essential for engaging a diverse stakeholder group.
