Job Profile:
Support Executive
- Customer support and maintaining cordial relation with prompt after sales service.
Having good telephonic communication skill.
- Approval for despatches after verifying PO/ Quotation/ payment terms/ pending
Complaint Management:
The complete process from receiving to resolving.
Confirm and achieve customer satisfaction.
Corporate Gifting:
follow up with vendors - generating BOM and Quotation
- Arrange despatch for the same.
- Management of samples issued to corporates.
Job Location:
Ahmedabad
Remuneration:
Rs. 2,45,630/-to 2,60,000/- ( CTC per annum) as per the capability and skills
Service bond:
NIL.
Retention Policy:
We credit retention Bonus after completion of two years of employment and pay
off in F&F.
Statutory Deductions:
As per Govt. rules (PF, ESIC)
Pay:
Up to ₹21,000.00 per month
