Nursing BLS and ACLS certified by AHA. Looking for Nursing Instructors with minimum training experience of 3 years.

Creating and implementing program plans and schedules
Strategic leadership on compliance and of GD Goenka Healthcare Academy training activities with a focus on quality learning outcomes for students
Managing their course specific trainers across all centers
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges
Communicating and collaborating with program coordinators
Assessing a program's pros and cons
Coordinating with internal teams related to the program
Supervising and monitoring progress of training programs across all centers assigned
Ensure monitoring, evaluating and documenting progress of program implementation against indicators
Ensure that activities are on track, including developing and implementing solutions as necessary
Providing overall guidance and direction focusing the program team on achieving the desired outcomes of our certificate & diploma courses
Maintaining knowledge of issues relating to vocational training
Identify evidence based new program areas, for development based on clearly articulated and identified community need, if required
Review internal and external environments to identify opportunities for partnerships and further collaboration
Participate in network meetings and liaise with peak training/industry bodies to identify trends, resources, developments and opportunities in the sector
