- Fixed CTC of new position
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor & Conduct trials and prepare the reports using analytical techniques
- Develop system for online monitoring of process parameter for glove production
- Manpower management whenever required.
- Handling external testing
- Ensure system adherence and calibration
- Ensure 5S
