Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Handle daytoday administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and
reports.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and
- Assist in data analysis and report generation to support decisionmaking processes.
- Organize and archive documents and files in both electronic and physical formats.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal queries and requests, directing them to the
- Facilitate communication between departments and individuals to resolve issues
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements for enhanced
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions for operational
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in a backoffice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
Salary:
₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
