Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Handle daytoday administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and
documentation.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and
information exchange.


Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and
confidentiality.

  • Assist in data analysis and report generation to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Organize and archive documents and files in both electronic and physical formats.

Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal queries and requests, directing them to the
appropriate personnel.

  • Facilitate communication between departments and individuals to resolve issues
and ensure alignment on tasks.


Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements for enhanced
productivity.

  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and solutions for operational
challenges.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in a backoffice
environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management
software.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Salary:
₹17, ₹20,000.00 per month
