We have vacancies for Sr. OPT Recruiter position in our organization.

Location:
Begumpet, Hyderabad(WFO)

Timings:
US Shift Timings
**Roles and Responsibilities:
- *
  • Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/H4-EAD/L2-EAD/ US citizen hiring with effective handson experience on various job boards. I.e. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, TechFetch, etc.
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.
  • Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
  • Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
  • Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
  • Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates.
  • Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
  • You need to have some understanding of the IT skills that are trending in the market
  • Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and guidelines
  • Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.
  • Should be able to educate the consultants.
  • Ability to make calls every day to the consultants.
  • Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the
    OPT/CPT/EAD
  • Need to coordinate for technical screening
  • Must be able to maintain contact with Consultants on a daily basis
  • Better to have experience in Onboarding W2 Consultants as well
  • Arrange schedules for technical interview.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
