As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B IT Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online research and outbound calls.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Develop a deep understanding of our IT products and services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within client organizations.
Qualify prospects by understanding client needs and budgets.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Consistently exceed expectations with respect to given targets to ensure revenue objectives are met.

Qualifications:

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field. A science or technology background will be an added advantage.
Super excellent English speaking and communication skills.
Ability to understand client's requirements, especially in the IT/Tech domain.
Excellent coldcalling skills, including the ability to hold clients' attention by making powerful and impactful pitches, presentations, followup calls, and objection handling.
Targetoriented, problemsolving, energetic, with a gogetter attitude.
A selfstarter with a track record of successful, credible sales development.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work in a highenergy sales team environment.
Technical knowledge and CRM understanding will be preferred.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
