We are hiring purchase executive.

Strategic Sourcing:
Identify, assess, and select potential vendors for the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services. Build and maintain relationships with vendors across various locations in India to ensure a reliable supply chain.

Vendor Management:
Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing. Monitor vendor performance, conduct regular audits, and address any issues to maintain quality and timely delivery.

Cost Control:
Develop and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize expenditure without compromising quality and timeline requirements.

Project Coordination:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand specific project requirements and align procurement activities accordingly.


Risk Mitigation:

Identify potential risks in the supply chain, create contingency plans, and take proactive measures to mitigate disruptions in the procurement process.


Data Analysis:
Utilize data analysis tools to assess market trends, vendor performance, and make informed decisions to optimize purchasing processes.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with internal teams and vendors to relay project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination throughout the procurement cycle.


Continuous Improvement:

Implement best practices, evaluate and introduce new technologies, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the procurement function.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
