Description

As a Showroom Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting the sale of products within a showroom setting.

Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. You will interact with potential buyers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with product knowledge and a customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:


Customer Service:
Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their queries, and provide product information.
Offer recommendations and advice to customers based on their preferences and budget.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.


Sales and Product Promotion:
Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and closing sales.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Assist customers in making purchase decisions and provide accurate product information.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.


Product Knowledge and Training:
Stay updated on the features, benefits, and technical specifications of products.
Attend product training sessions and stay informed about new product releases.
Share product knowledge with colleagues
and customers to enhance their understanding.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.


Sales Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
Prepare sales reports and contribute to sales forecasting.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to analyze sales trends and develop strategies for improvement.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
