Production Supervisor - Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India - Jwala Diamonds and Jewellers
Description
Duties:
- Plan and organize daily production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.
- Monitor and manage production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design and preproduction teams to ensure accurate setup of production jobs.
- Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators, ensuring they are trained and capable of performing their tasks effectively.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Languages: Hindi and Malayalam
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Jewellery production: 2 years (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Thrissur, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
