Profile Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Restaurant Hostess to join our team.

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

Profile Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
  • Communicate with the serving staff to ensure smooth seating and service.
  • Provide menus, answer questions, and assist guests with special requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized hostess station.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
