Responsibilities
- Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from relevant department. (Retail Operations)
- Sending Reports & Analyzing.
- Event Organizing. (Marketing)
- Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations)
- Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation)
- Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team.
- Making Snag reports.
- Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work.
- Weekly meetings with the out source team members.

Customer service
- CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner
Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- Real estate/Retail industry: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
Language:
- Hindi (preferred)
- English (required)
