Responsibilities

  • Looking after the in house Retailers Complaints & getting resolved from relevant department. (Retail Operations)
  • Sending Reports & Analyzing.
  • Event Organizing. (Marketing)
  • Events for retail Partners. (Retail Operations)
  • Looking after fit out work of brands. (Operation)
  • Coordinating with MEP, Security, House Keeping & Parking Team.
  • Making Snag reports.
  • Coordinating with Project team for Mall renovation work.
  • Weekly meetings with the out source team members.

Customer service

  • CCE are required to interact with patrons on a daily basis and are adept at communicating with these customers in a friendly, professional manner

Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Kalyan-Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Real estate/Retail industry: 3 years (required)
