Position Overview:

An exciting opportunity awaits for a proactive individual to join our team as a Telecaller.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach initiatives to connect with key professionals and decision-makers in the corporate sector.
  • Present and explain our range of products/services, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Participate in engaging discussions with potential clients, focusing on addressing their requirements and exploring collaboration possibilities.
  • Tailor your pitch to resonate with the specific challenges and pain points of potential leads.
  • Foster leads by providing accurate information and establishing a strong rapport with prospects.
  • Arrange appointments and meetings for our sales team with interested and qualified leads.
  • Maintain precise and updated records of all communications using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate strategies and share valuable insights.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role with a proven track record of securing appointments and generating leads.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to express ideas clearly and convincingly.
  • Confidence and assertiveness in cold calling and adeptness in handling objections professionally.
  • Quick thinking, adaptability, and a street-smart approach during conversations.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and establish connections with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and recording call interactions accurately.
  • Goal-driven attitude with a passion to achieve and surpass targets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage lead information systematically.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • A positive and resilient mindset, even in challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving strategies and industry trends.

₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
