Position Overview:
An exciting opportunity awaits for a proactive individual to join our team as a Telecaller.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach initiatives to connect with key professionals and decision-makers in the corporate sector.
- Present and explain our range of products/services, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Participate in engaging discussions with potential clients, focusing on addressing their requirements and exploring collaboration possibilities.
- Tailor your pitch to resonate with the specific challenges and pain points of potential leads.
- Foster leads by providing accurate information and establishing a strong rapport with prospects.
- Arrange appointments and meetings for our sales team with interested and qualified leads.
- Maintain precise and updated records of all communications using our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to coordinate strategies and share valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or a similar role with a proven track record of securing appointments and generating leads.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to express ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Confidence and assertiveness in cold calling and adeptness in handling objections professionally.
- Quick thinking, adaptability, and a street-smart approach during conversations.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships and establish connections with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and recording call interactions accurately.
- Goal-driven attitude with a passion to achieve and surpass targets.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage lead information systematically.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- A positive and resilient mindset, even in challenging situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving strategies and industry trends.
