Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
  • Explain products or services and answer questions from potential customers.
  • Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct followup calls to nurture customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for 12 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Fluency in [languages required, if applicable].
