Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided contact list.
- Explain products or services and answer questions from potential customers.
- Generate sales leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads and conduct followup calls to nurture customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role for 12 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in [languages required, if applicable].
