Greystar is looking for an OPT (Operations Process Team) Specialist to join our global operations team. In your journey as an OPT Specialist you will perform the below

Roles & responsibilities:

Perform data review and entry to update property level attributes and other system changes as needed.
Provide internal customer support by responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting systems problems, and following up with the end users to ensure resolution of systemsrelated issues.
Complete projects, tasks, assignments, and other work that is unique to the specific assigned department or business area (including those requiring special knowledge and/or skills); follows departmental policies and procedures, and meets standards, metrics, and other benchmarks used within the department for evaluating performance and results.
Complete various tasks and activities to support the Operations Process Team Directors and Senior Director to support the OPT projects and responsibilities.
Complete various human resources, financial, administrate, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or a necessary.

Bringing in the below experience & education:

1+ years of experience working in data entry, data validation, data reconciliation and ERP management for a global organization
Property management system experience
Yardi, OneSite, Entrata.
Should have good comprehension and accurate typing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good decisionmaking ability and strong attention to detail
Should have good reading speed and accurate typing skills to enter data into a computerized system
