Assist project leads
Support preparation of change orders and update project budgets in accounting and
tracking systems upon approval. Maintain a client communications log related to change
orders
- Facilitate timely review of prebills and invoicing to clients
- Support the PM with preparation of monthly progress reports for the client. These reports
etc.
- Followup and meet with Client's accounting team to ensure a smooth Accounts Receivable
- Support the Project Manager with a strong focus on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
