What you'll do:
- Understand customer s business to be able to explore opportunities and help customer meet their business objectives.
- Understand product and solutions and to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to customers.
- Drive revenue growth pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market.
- Responsible for the overall quality of account management of the allotted customer base.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and longterm business plans.
- Help grow the business overall within the allocated customer base via lead generation.
- Handle cold calling, upselling and crossselling like business development activities.
- Should be good in targetbased roles on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
- Good at seeking opportunities globally.
- Be wellversed with the internal sales process.
- Provide all sales support as per the business requirement.
- Understand customer requirement and attend meetings on daytoday basis to build strong customer relationships.
- MBA fresher
- Marketing, sales, IT or relevant field Minimum 70% score in degree.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong relationship building, customer analysis and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all the verticals across all geographical locations.
- Strong confidence level, positive attitude and proactive behavior.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure is preferred.
What you have:
