Kondody Hotels and Resorts is hiring for an experienced individual to join our team as an Purchase Executive.

Assists executive chef in all aspects of purchase to ensure quality and profitability

Ensure that proper safeguards are in effect for the security of food and beverage storeroom assets
:

Communicates with kitchen, restaurant management and vendors
to ensure timing of deliveries satisfies advanced food production needs

Checks invoice on goods received against shipment to ensure quality, quantity, weights and purchase specifications are as ordered
:

Relationships with suppliers and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities

Preparing cost estimate and managing budgets.

Education:
U.G/P.G

Experience: 3+ years( Resort experience must)

Salary:
20k to 25k + food & accommodation provide

Wayanad
