- Kothimbir Vadi
- Sol Kadhi
- Follow traditional Maharashtrian recipes and cooking techniques to maintain authenticity.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared with fresh, highquality ingredients and adhere to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in developing new Maharashtrianinspired menu items and specials.
