Description
Admissions Executive

  • Admits the patient once case sheet recieved from the Registrations desk, EMR or from OP
  • Search for patient eligible bed and will admit the patient
  • Generates patient wrist band and lables with patient details
  • Ensures patient related case sheet forms in the case sheet
  • Ensures all consent forms available in the case sheet
  • Coordinates with floor coordinators for beds availability information
  • Coordinates with HK staff for patient and case sheet tranfers to the floor / wards
  • Does patient bed tranfers as per information recieves from the financial counselling desk, nurses desk
  • Does doctor transfers as per information recieves from the floor manager or amdmission manager in writtten formate
  • Mainataines patient waiting time according to the admission type and whenever non availability of beds
  • Prepares day to day admission wise reports and submit to the admissions manager

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
