Responsibilities

Effectively manage the daytoday operation of the warehouse and team.
Manage daytoday operations of a largescale warehouse and take accountability for delivering the daily performance targets
Should be responsible for managing warehouse processes such as inbound, inventory management and outbound operations
Produce reports and statistics regularly In/Out status reports, dead stock reports etc
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Manage the returns to the Warehouse and ensure items are dealt with promptly and returned to stock
Responsible for maintaining the stock levels and reordering all products to ensure a 100% fill rate
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations and inventory management
Should have sound knowledge in Transport management like trip scheduling, driver handling, etc
Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
Continuously look for improvements to operations
Responsible for the security of all warehouse assets and infrastructure
Manage large teams of outsourced staff directly and indirectly
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, maintaining discipline, monitoring performance and giving constant feedback on the performance

Desired Skills & Experience

Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Handson experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and warehouse management software and databases
Must have strong leadership, decision making problemsolving and managing staff skills
24 years of proven working experience as a warehouse supervisor/ Operation/ Station/ Hub/ Last Mile
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
