  • Technical implementation skills of Actimize SAM 3.8 version or higher.
  • Business as Usual operational support for daily run and monthly run of SAM Model implemented at Bank.
  • Implementation and support experience for Actimize ERCM 5.13 Version or higher.
  • Know-How of AIS Development objects.
  • Strong trouble shooting and debugger skills.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and understanding level for pl/sql to troubleshoot such issues.
  • Able to present the production issues to management and stakeholders in NOC calls.
  • Clarity of thought and ideas for implementation of hotfixes/break fixes during production outage."
