ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be attending inbound as well as outbound calls. Will be handling customer queries as well as address issues of employees facing many. Should be cordial and well mannered while handling complaints or issues. Willl escalalte any issues which are unable to handle. Must be smart and proactive with basic computer knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must know English and malayalam


Salary:
₹13, ₹18,000.00 per month
