VR Revankar Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our dynamic team.

As a Pharmacist at our hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients.


Responsibilities:


  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and hospital policies.
  • Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and ensure patient safety.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of medications and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Perform medication reconciliation during transitions of care to prevent medication errors.
  • Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement projects within the pharmacy department.
  • Stay updated on new medications, treatments, and regulations in the field of pharmacy.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems and software.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹36,528.10 per month
