Bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist

Position:
International knowledge based Tale caller


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers.

Engage in foreign conversation with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and language proficiency.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the creation of support materials such as FAQs, guides, and tutorials in French and English.
  • Participate in ongoing language and product training to stay current with the latest trends and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a bilingual capacity.
  • Proven experience in handling foreign conversations and interactions with a diverse client base.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and changing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
